It was great to see Perez again I’m very thankful for Juneau Urgent care taking great care of me over the years!!!
Remote receptionist was good but I did not understand the process in getting forms out of the holder mounted to the wall. Asked her to repeat and got told again something about slot 3. Told me I had to take my own temp but did not tell me where. Below asks who I was assisted by?? Someone on a computer screen...she never said her name. How do I answer that question?
