Very efficient. Waiting time was very short.
Everything works well
Staff were friendly and efficient. The scheduling system was a mess, scheduled appt. for 3:26 on Tuesday, received confirmation text, then rec’d another text stating they were running behind and changed time to 6:36. When I came in at 6:10 the receptionist said they were closed. Scheduled for Wed at 11:15 and again rec’d text changing time to 7:37, but I went in as scheduled and ignored the text. Easy, courteous staff, very informative.
The nurse who gave me the COVID vaccine was prompt, thorough and answered all my questions. My only comment is the waiting room has too many chairs to keep people 6 feet apart .
