Nurse and other staff were attentive, patient and readily answered questions. Marie was very good at explaining that although this was 10 doses for those receiving their 2nd shot, there was an extra dose #11 I am so grateful that I received a call to receive that extra dose. It was also clearly explained to me by the staff what would happen with my 2nd dose.
I received my second vaccine and the process was smooth and organized and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Staff was helpful and courteous. The process was well organized and efficient.
The entire process was so organized. The room was spacious with soft music playing the feeling was peaceful safe and calm. Plus the speed of being vaccinated was remarkable! In and out in 22 minutes.
