Everything made it great. Justin is great, really pleasant to work with and very knowledgable. He set realistic expectations and then met or exceeded them. He got me a rate almost a full point less than the previous company I was working with. There were so many challenges with my approval because there were false liens and other issues on my end. Just stayed patient and helped navigate me through it. We were successful and the closing went smooth. The money came when expected and I am happy.
