Justin and Yvonne were very helpful. Great communication by both of them took the fear and hassle it if the process. This is my second loan with this company . They were able to close 40 days from my purchase. Justin even returned my phone call from the ski slope on his vacation. If that isn’t great communication and over the to customer service, I don’t what is. I highly recommend Justin, Yvonne, and mutual. No problems and great service!

My wife and I just bought a new home about 1 year after refinancing with Mutual Justin was very communicative. I called him on a Saturday night with questions regarding my loan ( 2nd loan from Mutual within a year) and he called back from Colorado while on vacation on the sloes. If that isn’t over the top customer service I don’t know what is. Yvonne who is Justin’s helper was very pleasant to work with and super efficient. I will continue to use Mutual of Omaha anytime I need a mortgage.
