Justin was incredibly responsive! He answered all of my questions, gave great advice, and quickly cleared up the little issues that arise during the process from different offices and team members. I was in touch with Justin and Yvonne primarily. Using the Mutual of Omaha app made signing paperwork so easy, and I loved that I was able to access the previous versions of documents, current documents, etc. all there in one place. Where do I start with Justin? He has been extremely helpful throughout many of our house purchases. Justin would work late in to the night when we were in California and purchasing properties, he is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and will never say he can not do something when it comes to home stuff.

But, Justin went above and beyond in just about every regard. We had a unique situation that required special attention and extra work. Previous lenders seemed like they couldn't be bothered to work with us, and Justin was exactly the opposite. The process is still time-consuming and laborious but he made it as easy on us as possible, and was incredibly friendly throughout.
