Mr. Steiner and him team are great! He explained everything in detail upfront. There were no surprises when we went to closing, no hidden fees, etc. He saved us $8K compared to the other lenders!! We recommend him to everyone we know. We will use him again if we refinance or purchase another home!

Justin not only made me feel like his only customer being very accessible, he also saved us about $20,000 over what we would have had to pay other mortgage companies due to his great listening talent and then taking into consideration our goals. Justin was introduced to me by my Realtor and definitely the best choice on lender. He managed to beat up any counter offer from any other lender by far including builder incentives. He is very pleasant to deal with and helpful. Since it was my first time as a home buyer he received in his office to walk me though out the whole process. With his help the process was very fast and smooth and we closed the house in less than 1 month.

Awesome experience! Fast responses and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone knows the loan process isn't fun but he helped make this process easier on us. We finally closed a couple of weeks ago and we love our new home. I would highly recommend! Thanks for everything Justin!

Justin did a great job of communicating what was needed and how the process was going to work. He explained the difficult to understand information well and was easy to work with in terms of getting the proper documents to him. I was a first time home buyer but Justin made the process so streamlined and easy, all the way from pre-approval to closing, that everything went smoothly without any issues.
