Excellent experience throughout- planning, staging, marketing, negotiating, moving along the process, and closing. Justin and his wife have a keen eye for design and marketability, and they personally get involved in the preparations for the sale. The results are on record- our house went pending first day out. Of course, Justin did excellent pre-opening marketing to make that happen. Thank you, Justin.

Regarding the sale of my house, I had no time or expense to spare: I had been offered a job in another state and needed to sell immediately. One thing that stands out about Justin is that he will respond to a text, phone call, or email almost immediately. I texted him on a Friday that it was time to sell. I have worked with Justin in multiple projects and I can't emphasize enough how amazing it has been to work with him and his team. Amy is the best agent you could ask for. She is very knowledgeable on each home that she shows you and even shares important details that stand out to her. Rosa is very helpful and patient on showing the homes based on my requirements, needs and facing. She even worked on getting the layouts of the available homes when possible in order for me to decide whether i need to make my time to visit the open houses. She is on time every time when in need and gets response immediately. I will sure work with her in future if needed.
