Rosa is very helpful and patient on showing the homes based on my requirements, needs and facing. She even worked on getting the layouts of the available homes when possible in order for me to decide whether i need to make my time to visit the open houses. She is on time every time when in need and gets response immediately. I will sure work with her in future if needed.

our two previous realtors cannot compare to Rosa. I'm beyond great full with her. She was always on top of her game. Always answer my question that I had. Took us house hunting every weekend we always saw more than 5 houses every weekend. Thanks to her we found our warm cozy house.

Working with Justin and his team was an excellent experience for me when I was selling my home. He is very quick to respond to emails, phone, calls, and text messages. And if he is in a meeting, one of his team members will get back to you in his absence. He respected my wishes to have no sign and appointment only viewings. Rosa is an outstanding individual who has passion in what she does. Her mission is to make sure you are truly happy with the home you buy and sell. My brother recommended Rosa to me as he bought a house about 6 months ago so I used her services on my brother's recommendations to sell my property and gotta tell u she is honest and very professional she got me a desired price I was looking for and sold my property in matter of days .I highly recommend Rosa whether u buying or selling she knows her stuff u won't regret it ,thanks Rosa for all the help.

Rick was our agent on our first home. He was so extremely patient with our many questions and very knowledgable with his answers. Communication with as constant and he was always reachable! Rick was always pleasant and eager to help. His suggestions and expertise helped my husband and I immensely through the home buying process. The best possible experience! Everyone at Active Realty, including Justin Tye, was accommodative, pleasant and responsive. Justin went out of his way to work with the lender to avoid a delay in escrow.....and there was no delay as promised! My husband and I couldn't be any happier! We would recommend them to anyone, especially our family and friends. If we ever have to move in the future we would without a doubt chose Active Realty again!
