As first time home buyer, the entire process is very intimidating and one needs sheer luck to get a good agent. I felt like he and his whole team became a real friend! Marlene and Richard met us at the home we were interested in, and actually had waters and snacks for us! Showed us lot after lot then found. One not on the maerket she called other realtors and sent leyters to the owners of the property if they might want to sell she took. Time too show us we r in r mid 50s. She was very patient. And followed up with us its been around tqo or three months and gives us a ring nice to hear from her she is awsome

Excellent experience throughout- planning, staging, marketing, negotiating, moving along the process, and closing. Justin and his wife have a keen eye for design and marketability, and they personally get involved in the preparations for the sale. The results are on record- our house went pending first day out.
