Monica was attentive without being overbearing from the minute we contacted her about selling our home. When we were ready to list she was there and led us through the entire process. While we were in the process of moving 1500 miles away, Monica took care of all the details of selling our home and kept us informed along the way. We were very lucky to find Monica Lopez, the expert to sell our house. When looking for an agent one is unaware of if the agent is trustworthy and a go-getter. Monica was very helpful throughout the process. We could contact her (and get a response) almost around the clock. I needed to put an offer on a house during a day she had told me she was committed to her family. I texted her and didn’t expect an answer and the next thing my phone rang. She finished the offer and submitted it. Her responsiveness was always timely.
