Jessica and Chris are awesome! They know the Temecula/ Murrieta area very well and can really guide you to find the type of home you are looking for. We recently closed on a new build in Temecula and I would highly recommend using them, especially on new construction homes. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable on all the different builders and the ins and outs of buying from them. Many people do not use an agent on new builds but that is a mistake in my opinion. Was referred by Zillow sales to this realtor. Smooth process from start to finish. We had the house listed within 2 weeks, a 1 day listing with offers over asking price within 24 hrs.
