Stephanie sold my home with a full price offer within 3 days! You can't get any better than that. She remained on top of everything throughout the entire escrow process and made sure everything went smoothly, even when the buyer was being a bit unreasonable. Thank you Genung Team! Genung Team made house buying easy. They were very thorough every step of the process. We are 1st time home buyers; we learned a lot from them while the paperwork and the follow ups were done on time or earlier. We closed escrow fast without any issues. Jessica and Chris are awesome! They know the Temecula/ Murrieta area very well and can really guide you to find the type of home you are looking for. We recently closed on a new build in Temecula and I would highly recommend using them, especially on new construction homes. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable on all the different builders and the ins and outs of buying from them. Many people do not use an agent on new builds but that is a mistake in my opinion. Was referred by Zillow sales to this realtor. Smooth process from start to finish. We had the house listed within 2 weeks, a 1 day listing with offers over asking price within 24 hrs.
