I needed someone who could take care of the whole repair and selling process because I was no longer living in the home and I work two jobs. She gave me an accurate budget for the repairs needed. She is a 5-star agent and person all the way around!! She knows everything about everything and helped me buy 4 properties in about a 2 week period. She’s very pleasant and so so helpful. I can’t say enough good things about her!! If there were a 10-star rating, I’d give her 10 stars easily!!!

I could not possibly be happier, both with the result of the sale, and karla herself. Everything was smooth, the open house was excellent, and I ended up selling for a much higher amount than I expected. I put the cause of all of this to Karla, who absolutely nailed every part of this process. Just let her sell your house, you won't regret it.

Karla was an excellent realtor. Initially I was concerned that we were not going to get what we were asking for. She did an amazing job marketing the house. She went over an above with the video she created. We got 3 offers the first weekend on the market. Not only did she help with the sale, her list of contacts helped immensely getting us moved out and to our next home. I highly recommend Karla.

Nicole was amazing! We could not recommend her more highly. We will 100% be recommending them to friends, family, coworkers and everyone we talk to. Nicole made the whole process for us as first-time home buyers so smooth and took the time to answer all of our questions. The housing market moved so quickly and Nicole was able to move just as quickly. Nicole was a pleasure to work with and was extremely personable. We can not thank her enough!

Karla is such an amazing realtor that goes out of her way for her clients! She had my home listed within a few days of speaking with her.
