Jose, was very knowledgeable / experienced. He assisted me with selling my parents residence which was a Trust sale. In my case Jose recognized based on my situation my sale would require probate court. He was able to recommend an attorney to me. He was able to list the home for sale and write the details about the probate court in sale. Our house sold within days even with the court pending.
