Boy did we luck out finding this team! Our situation was a little tricky as we were navigating the sale from out of state for my divorced elderly parents. Jennifer and Franco found a buyer and an agreeable price for both parties very quickly. Everything was closed rapidly. Working with Leslie made the home buying experience easier than expected. She was very detailed in explaining the entire process. She was always on time to all the open houses and meetings we had. If I ever need a realtor again, I would definitely use Leslie again.
Tuston and Suzanne represented me on my recent purchase. Due to their negotiation skills, I was able to get the very first offer I put in accepted on the first home I saw. We had scheduled for a 30-day escrow and every step of working with them was such a breeze. As we were closing, realized the house had a minor issue and Tuston worked hard to help me find a solution and still closed 2 weeks early. I would highly recommend working with Tuston on any deal. He is extremely communicative and gets the job done.
