Monica has an exceptional client/agent relationship going beyond what an agent is expected to do in representing your home. There are agents who claim to have the industry knowledge, but when issues come up their words can be empty promises not really having the knowledge or expertise they claim. Mirka is very professional and knowledgeable with the current housing market. She helped us sell the house after just one weekend of two-hour showing. This is very important during the pandemic.
