Jessica and Chris are truly amazing! We are not from the area and needed assistance from local experts - that is exactly what they are. The guidance they provided during our home search and purchase went above and beyond our expectations. We needed everything to happen on a very specific timeline to match the sale our of home in Illinois and coincide with my job relocation. Andrey provided outstanding assistance throughout the process of buying a home in California. The competition in the housing market in California was unbelievable. Leslie was extremely responsive and professional. Every detail that needed attention was immediately brought to me. She was also very helpful in the beginning stages of the purchase process to match me with a proper lender. Winter is an exceptional realtor. Sell Side - She sold our home to a cash buyer who offered near the selling price. She even negotiated an extra $5K when we were ready to settle for less! Mirka is highly responsive and knowledgeable. She tailored the marketing plan to our unique property and garnered the exposure needed to get multiple offers above asking and higher than we could have dared hope. Working with Amy Frank was an amazing experience. She offered excellent expertise in all areas of both selling a home and buying a new home. She was honest, trustworthy and communicated well with both me, as well as with all members of the team to get my house sold and on the buy of my new home.
