I was delighted by Leslie's service. She was professional, prompt, focused, and knowledgeable. She hand-held (when needed) me through the entire process, from prepping, showing, negotiations, termite/repairs, and closing. We are so lucky to have found Karla! We are out of town and used Karla to sell our property. She has amazing knowledge of the area and priced the condo perfectly. We were so happy to have multiple offers that she negotiated for us - at above listing! She was committed through the whole process and helped us wrap up some loose ends.
