My husband and I used Vicky to sell our condo and purchase our very first home. She helped us through every step of buying and selling. She was very knowledgeable and very responsive. First time buyer and it was such a easy, simple process. Chelsey was there for us 24/7 with any question big or small. Made the process so simple and basic. Found our forever home because of her knowledge and help.
Chelsey was very knowledgeable and expedited such a quick a prompt sale I would highly recommend Chelsey and also use her again when needed. She was able to quickly answer any concerns we may have had. She took time making sure we understood the process and we were always kept informed of where we were in the sale.
We listed in April during all the new covid-19 regulations. Even with the strange circumstances, Monica had buyers set up to view the home immediately. Although it fell out of escrow 2 times due to issues with buyer financing, Monica was still able to get it sold within a timely fashion during all of the covid-19 changes
