Winter was a pleasure to work with. Explained the process and what we need to do to get our home ready and appealing to buyers. We will also be purchasing a new home, and are very concerned about doing both at the same time. I had a ton of worried mom questions and she was patient and understanding and answered all of them with out overwhelming us. We are looking to sell our home and buy a new bigger home, we just need a few months to do it. We will be using her to list our home very soon.

My husband and I have worked with Justin and Johnny for both buying and selling our first home. I couldn't imagine going to anyone else for our Real Estate needs. Leslie was awesome to work with and quickly helped me find a home to rent that met my criteria. It can be frustrating looking for a new place to stay, but Leslie's assistance alleviated that and gave me a sense of reassurance that somebody was looking out on my behalf. She was especially helpful in showing me brand new listings before they became popular, and in this competitive market the name of the game is first come, first served. I didn't know I needed an agent until I used her service, and I'm so glad I did.
