Kim is a true professional and has a heart of GOLD! She sold my condo, in Placentia, in a record amount of days by being available for open houses and appointment based views. It was a very professional experience. Amy was fast and proactive on offers. All the paperwork process was through docusign which is very nice and convenient. Amy home inspection company she uses was great they provided us with very useful information on the home. She pushed the sellers agent that needed the help to get us our dream home. We would use her again for sure.
