Monica, and her team, were indispensable in helping me prep, show and selling our house. She made sure I was always informed of any changes and inspections, remodeling, etc. She was the one who met with the inspectors, dealt with appraisers, and much more. Brad was an extremely helpful and friendly Agent. As a first time home buyer, my family and I were nervous. Brad assures is there was nothing to be nervous about and was able to find the perfect home for us within a matter of weeks. His knowledge of the VA Home Loan surpasses any expectation I had. We met Winter when she was the listing agent on a home we decided to view on a whim. She got to know us during that viewing and offered to set us up with an MLS service to get us more homes to view, which was much appreciated. Amy, This was the biggest decision and move of our life and we couldn’t be more greatful to have had you’re representation through this whole process. Marty did a great job for me in selling my Riverside condo. He made it super easy for me as an out of state owner, by visiting the condo several times and arranging for painting and repairs. He priced it perfectly and I got 3 offers in the first 2 days, and sold it for above list price. Very personable, super nice guy, but also a good negotiator and knows the market very well.
