Monica, and her team, were indispensable in helping me prep, show and selling our house. She made sure I was always informed of any changes and inspections, remodeling, etc. She was the one who met with the inspectors, dealt with appraisers, and much more. We met Winter when she was the listing agent on a home we decided to view on a whim. She got to know us during that viewing and offered to set us up with an MLS service to get us more homes to view, which was much appreciated.
