I cannot say enough good things about Chris! He was a joy to work with. Its obvious that he is experienced and knowledgeable in every aspect. His demeanor was not only professional, but also kind and he put me completely at ease through every step of such a big life event like buying a home. I would reccomend him hands down for all your buying or selling needs! I won't work with anyone else!
I was referred to Active Realty by a good friend of mine. We were buying out first home, and didn't really know anything about the process. They made it very easy and were on top of everything. The home we choose to buy needed to close really fast, under 30 days. The Active Realty worked day and night to make it happen for us.

It was so enjoyable to work with John and Kristie. They made the process of buying our first home super easy and quick. John and Kristie were very responsive and answered all our questions. It was ok except we felt rushed by the seller, either they wanted us to move in sooner at first but when the day came closer the seller then asked for us to move in later because their new home was not ready, we allowed a couple extra days but Winter could have stressed the fact to the seller that we were running out of days to stay at our apartment in Garden Grove.
