Chris has been there from the first time we asked for a house viewing, he responded to us immediately and showed us the home that same weekend. He is knowledgeable and helped guide and explain the process whenever we had questions, such as when do we lock in our interest rates. Even after moving in, he remains in contact and if we need, can provide us with contacts such as landscapers. Chris is honest and extremely responsive.
Chris has been more than a real estate agent; he’s been a friend. He keeps in mind the goal of what I wanted for my family and never let me stray from that. He was available at all times of day and was super empathetic when it came to looking at homes w my 3 kids (including a baby). He helped me family consolidate and simplify our lives with real estate and we will always turn to him for our real estate needs
Johnny was amazing to work with. He took great care of us through the entire process. From the open houses, to the texts and calls I bugged him with almost daily, Johnny is part of a team with top-notch professionalism and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to sell or buy a home with ease. Johnny is wonderful! We were moving from Austin, TX to SoCal and truthfully didn't really know much about the area and the real estate. We assumed finding a home in SoCal would be like it was in Austin and because of this a lot of realtors didn't want to work with us (assuming because of our expectations vs budget). Johnny is hands down one of the best! He was always so helpful. I felt so bad for him at times because my Significant other would call him or text him at all hours just little questions, but Johnny always replied or answered. If he was with a client he would let us know he would call us right back. He listen to what our wants and needs were and helped us find our first home.
