I met John Melendez in 2009. He is one of the most friendly, honest person that I have ever met! His real estate approach is more of a educator and consultant! He is not a pushy sales agent that you sometimes find in the real estate business. My husband and I have used local Realtor John Melendez for 2 of our home purchases. John and Kristie were so easy to work with and are great people. When looking for houses you are in constant contact with your Realtor and it was such a great experience with our 1st house we knew exactly who to call when it was time to upgrade to our 2nd house. We highly recommend John and Kristie Melendez.

Justin and his team were excellent in helping my family and I look for homes in the Riverside and Corona area. I am an active duty military member looking to buy a family home in the future when I retire and they have gone above and beyond to make us feel like family. Although I wont buy until the later part of 2017, Justin's team has answered all our questions and is eager to show us homes at any time. Kristie and John has been the absolute best! We are first time home buyers. They took their time to explain everything to us, they are available during any time of the day, will get get what ever you need done quickly, and truely care to help you get your dream home. About a year ago John and Kristie helped my wife and me sell our house in Corona. The two of them were incredibly responsive when we called or emailed either of them and they know how to use each other's strengths to get what you need done, done. They really turned something I was dreading into a very good experience. I cannot recommend them enough! My wife and I are now looking for a new house and we'll be working with John and Kristie again.

Justin Tye and his team were amazing with helping me shop for a new home. Every small detail was handled and they took all of the stress of buying a new home away.
