Hired company to do my bathroom over one year ago! Salesman said it was included in my quote and than the manager came and looked at it prior to starting the work and said they had to charge me extra to do my drywall and drywall is messed up. Have called and called and still not fixed!

After reviewing the contract and change order, it looks like we did have to charge extra for the drywall repair as the salesman couldn't see the severity of the damage. But it looks like most of the extra charge went to the extra subway tile you wanted. We have been trying to scheduled the repairs, but unfortunately you keep cancelling on us. We had window installed with this company as well. They do the high pressure sells. Window installation was slow. We were told it would be 3 days instead it was 9. They sent 2 people to install 17 windows and one of the individuals had never installed them before. The office had poor follow up with emails when they were sent. We have no issues with the product we purchased from K-Design but are not real happy with the individuals who work with them.
