These guys completely screwed up my house. The work they did I now have sewage flowing out of my shower on occasion they never finish the job. I have windows and doors that have air gaps that can be seen and siding falling off my house within less than a year beyond that these guys were paid in cash for the work they did and then they turned it over to a finance company so now I have a charge off on work that they never completed with a loan that I never authorized.
I was promised for a marketing to come to my house and show examples for window siding and bathroom update but I have been rescheduled 6 times and each time they will keep calling to try to sell me new siding or they can't find the info when I have already been scheduled to see a marketing sales person

I read alot of reviews all over the internet on K-Designers that were negative, i decided people leave reviews when they are unhappy and to give them a shot. After 3 months and 2 missed appointments to bid the job they have canceled again. DO NOT use them, they will push you off and leave you waiting.THere are many other companies that do this work that wont just cancel but as there *********************** *** said "we have been in business for 47 years no one will believe we dont show up". K-Designers did our shower in Oct. 2024. I have placed a complaint in Dec. 2024 that the shower door leaks. No one returns my phone calls. Every time I got a hold of a person, the person said they will have someone call me back. No one did. I have been trying for someone to repair the door for 4 months, it is still not fix. My elderly mother purchased siding, trim in 2017, with an understanding of lifetime coverage of the siding they were installing. Less than a year later the siding was sagging in several places, so several calls were made to K Designers. They wanted to charge my mother to have it looked and again charge her to have it fixed! They talked me into signing the contract for windows which later I decided to get out of since I was within the 3 business days... so I thought... they didn't honor it because they recognize Saturday as a business day where as I recognized Monday - Friday at the time. Shower panels were wrong, concrete dust all over my house, communication *****, didn't have flooring that was ordered, Main manger was rude wanted me to pay more money out of pocket to order the correct panels for the shower, everything from start to finish took 4 months the shower was only supposed to take 3-4 days max it took 5 days and the last day the contractor did not leave my house till almost 10pm. We apologize that the installer did not have the flooring with him when he went to install the bathroom; however, he was able to purchase the flooring in town, and the photos of the finished flooring look beautiful. I had K-Designers do the siding work on my house. Love that they had warranty and the price was right. When it was time for them to come and do the work... they did not show up for a couple week. K-Designers has spoken to the Installer who advised that he used the ladder for the repairs, and he did have to briefly step on the *** but did not cause any damage. The photo you sent us, shows your boyfriend standing on top of the ** and what appears to be some dirt on the ** roof, but shows no damage. We also have before and after photos of the hole made by the storm, and the repairs to the siding.
