I live in **********. The ******** branch office handled all the work: Six windows replaced in August and siding replaced as late as November, right around Thanksgiving. Although the siding job was later than I preferred, I believe it was worth the wait. When working outside, timing is everything. Despite the unseasonable cold (we set a record for lowest high temp for one day, at least), the installer diligently worked to complete the project, even working "Black" Friday after Thanksgiving Day. I saw some bad reviews of this company and trouble believing it because my experience with KDesigners was fantastic. They put in all my downstairs windows and did it at a very good price and the workmen were quick and efficient and they cleaned up so well I couldnt tell theyve even been here. Then I had them do my upstairs windows, and my experience was exactly the same. My home is so much quieter and so much warmer and my heater hardly ever turns on now and its cold outside.
I had ********************* from KDesigners come out today to give me a estimate on siding. He was dressed nicely, well mannered and very easy to work with. 1st impressions mean a lot as they represent their company. The estimate he gave me was a fair price and added extra incentives. I really like that he didnt pressure me or try and make me feel I had to do this quickly. I liked his honesty and directness. I would recommend KDesigners for your remodeling or updating projects. You wont be disappointed.
We had windows done July 2021, loved them a lot. Our big living room window was a special order, they put it in 1 day, with 6 other windows. Was nice not yo have any frost on the window. Kept house a lot warmer as well.We loved the windows so much I called them to have them come today July 2022, to add 3 more windows to the house project. So pleased with the company and crews. Great communication and install.
Absolutely horrific and cheap materials I regret our purchase. If I could put no stars I would. Lazy installers they left a mess. Supervisors would not relay my issues or concerns. Failed inspections three times. The trim already had dings its so thin and flimsy not at all like the product sample shown at the meeting.

The project manager detailed the many conversations he had with the customer throughout the project, keeping her up to date.
