No stars given.......but they made me give one to post this. I have had work done by K Designers twice and have consistently had issues with both jobs when it comes to workmanship and materials. They have sent multiple people out to look at the problems but have yet to fix anything correctly. Seems the money is the only reason they exist because customer satisfaction is only a phrase not a commitment. if you have an unused money stash that you can't find anywhere to throw away, this is your perfect place to make it disappear... read more
If you are thinking of using this company, RUN!! Do not sign anything. We live in **, and the manager in ***, **. If he's not lying to you, he's making excuses.In a nut shell we were lied to about EVERYTHING. We couldn't get what we wanted. So we settled on some other siding. We were told we would be called to set up a time to install. LIE! One morning, in the dead of winter with 6" of snow, two men showed up. All they could really say in English was "we here. *** designers is the worst possible company to go through period
K-Designers is the worst home improvement experience i have encountered my whole Life.They promises the world deliver nothing. Hard to get a hold of deferent employees every time. Wrong materials wrong windows cheep window at a extremely high percentage mark-up. I went to the top of the line windows from the first time they where here to worst line of windows at the present time. They have not delivered anything that was shown at time of the sale. I was waiting to get an estimate for window replacements on my home. Friday evening at 8pm was the time.... around 8:11 i get a call. Sorry our representative had a problem... OK what options for another time. we will have someone there around 2:30 saturday. Sounds good. Well 2:37 I get a call that the representative will not be able to visit today. I took a friday evening and waited... I stayed home on Saturday also! My time is valuable . Sorry, no stars! and never will I ever deal with this company!
The salesperson that I had was extremely pushy and sort of came off like a used car salesman. I was only looking to get an estimate on a bathroom remodel but somehow let him convince me into getting my windows replaced which was much more expensive than I was ready to invest in. None-the-less, I had my windows replaced, got a new screen door, & got trim installed around my windows, doors, and garage. We had a new window put in the Spring of 2012 by K-Designers, but it always felt drafty. We just had another company do our other windows and had them look at the window that was done by your company. He told me that there was no insulation put in that window and that it was put in crooked. I would never trust K-Designers again.
******* K I had 3 windows installed, the prestige ultimate windows. They leak air really bad in the winter, bad enough I thought about putting plastic up over them. If that's not bad enough, I finally got s work order from them after a month, patiently waiting, its been 6 months and they still have not contacted me, I keep calling and leaving messages but they just blow me off. I would not do business with this company, they do not back up there product and the customer service is the worse I have ever worked with.
The person that called to make an appointment with me was pushy and talked really fast. I was hardly able to speak. He assumed that I was a single mother when I said that I was the only person on title. When I told him I would have to check our schedule and get back to them with when an appointment could be done he was even more pushy mentioning some promotion and sent a sales person right over to my home within 45 minutes.
