Excellent Service, Professional, Always Pleasant and Concern for Patient Well Being Dr. Wada always has a smile and is very pleasant. She is very professional and has outstanding expertise in dentistry. Her staff is always so courteous and pleasant, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I have always been seen on time. Dr. Wada always answers all my questions and makes herself available if I have any questions after the procedure or if I have an emergency and need to see her after hours.
Professional, friendly I've known the staff for a long time and they are always polite. Dr. Wada is patient and answers questions well. A little bit too much reminders via phone, text, but they can back off if you request.

Service For as long as my husband and I have been patients at Kahala, we've been treated like we were very special. Receptionists exude the aloha spirit, whether you're calling them or show up for an appointment. We have been treated by Chelsie as our dental hygienist who ALWAYS makes sure we are prepped AND comfortable, explains whatever she's doing.
