I love Dr. Wada and her staff. Arriving early for my appointment it was SO nice to see everyone so happy and ready to start the day with a happy smile. During my one hour procedure with Dr. Wada, she always kept me advised as to what she was doing, how I might be feeling, what sounds I might be hearing, etc. I've never experienced this before. Friendly professional service I had an appointment for a week later and contemplating whether to cancel because I work that evening when I got the call today that there was a cancellation and if I can come. Of course, I was so happy that I got to come and got my bite splint needed a minor repair. I got prompt service by the time stepped into the office and seated in the chair. Courteous, efficient, professional and advanced equipment I'm always impressed with the attentiveness of the staff and the state of the art equipment. It gives me the assurance that I am receiving the best possible dental care.
High quality service I had a very pleasant visit. Friendly greeting when I came in. Hygenist is friendly and gentle as she works on my teeth; always asking if it hurts. I feel comfortable as she converses with me throughout the procedure.
