Excellent service and professionalism It is always a pleasure working with Dr. Wada and her staff. They all do a great job and are very professional when servicing clients. Extremely friendly office staff.
High Quality Comprehensive Service I have been a patient with Kahala Smile Professionals for several years. I am always pleased with the quality of service I receive, the pleasantness of the staff, and the responsive/caring nature of Dr. Wada and the hygienists. The office boasts state-of-the-art equipment, having automated their medical records with iPad and electronic data systems to include integrated imaging systems and pictures. It is obvious when one enters the door that the office staff is happy working as a team.
Staff very polite and welcoming - always smiling! I am always anxious and nervous about visiting the dentist, but Dr. Wada and staff take the time to explain each procedure to me before they begin and there is always reassurance from them that I can stop or take a break if necessary and if any discomfort to let them know right away. I also like that they are always making sure I'm ok, by asking, "How are you doing"? or "Is everything OK?" It makes me feel calmer and more at ease during my appointment.
