Great place for a working professional My wife and I are working professionals and have lived here for nearly 5 years. The community is quiet from neighbor to neighbor ( good sound proofing), the staff are kind and come to fix/maintain your apartment quickly, and the apartment is very safe. The location is very good. I choose to shop for another place 2 years ago and couldn’t find anything better.

Best Dog Friendly Apartment in Downtown Austin! My husband and I LOVE living at Gables West! Our apartment is in the perfect location and allows us privacy and an easy way to to get to the Shoal Creek Trail to walk our dogs. The Gables West Staff (Candi, Elyse and Gabby) took extra time when showing us our unit and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. Great Community I love this community. Caroline and Tiffeney are amazing. Their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this community. It is in a great location, safe and clean, and walking distance to great restraunts bars and shopping on Greenville Ave. The park and Katy trail is right across the street. Plenty of parking for guests, drop boxes for all your online orders and a quick responding maintenance staff. Hated to leave this amazing community. It truly is a 5 star place to live.
