Verified Renter Weve been here at Elan for 8 months now. Even in the middle of the pandemic, weve been able to reach out to the staff for any concerns and they were able to help us out. Given the difficulty with the restrictions with social distancing, etc., weve never had any issues hearing back from somebody in the office. The place has been quiet and we really have not had any issues with other residents. Yes, the trash collection may have had some issues but thats an outside contract. Great place to stay Great staff (Caroline/Tiffany/Maintenance all the way around. Fast respond time, quite neighborhood, good neighbors and clean home feeling type of place!!

Verified Renter Creekstone has felt like home from the second we contacted the leasing office! The staff made us feel welcome, from the snacks offered during the tour to the goodie bag we received when we moved in. Our maintenance requests have been taken care of same day and the events put on by the staff have been so much fun! Were happy to call Creekstone our home.

Great Place to Live I lived at Gibson for 3 years (2017 - 2020) and had a great experience. The amenities were kept in good condition. I never had any serious maintenance issues in my unit but always had quick and effective service when requested.

Verified Renter We were moving across the country with very limited time to plan and could not visit E6 beforehand. We truly appreciated the open communication with the leasing team. The location is perfect - minutes from downtown. Most neighbors are super friendly and down-to-earth and looking forward to exploring our neighborhood.
