We worked with Kamna recently and found the entire application process effortless! The GRA website and interface is great and makes applying and signing documentation very easy. What made the process better, though, was Kamna's attentiveness and availability--whenever we needed her she either picked up that same call or called back shortly thereafter. I got to know Kamna through my agent and I don't think I could have found anybody better. Kamna was willing to meet me in person when I was unclear on possible terms of loans. Kamna also made sure that she actively communicated with me during every step of the loan approval process, and when I had questions on a few loan documents, I could always rely to Kamna to respond within a day (if not a few hours).
