Her and her team executed the process at blitz speed and we closed comfortably even though the deadline was tight. My whole loan closing experience was very smooth. Kamna, offered multiple options on downpayments and found a lender who would offer flexibility in terms of downpayment % and still offer competitive rates across these offerings. There was no deviations from locked rates even when we decided to go from 10% down to 20% during the loan closing process (lower with higher DP%).
