This is my first refinance and first time working with Kamna. And she delivered what she committed, so she tells what she can deliver and never over commits. Which is essential for building trust. She understands clearly what concerns lender and loanee has and bridges them quite well. Her team works at blazing speed and she did close my refinance in less than a month. This was our first time working with Kamna for a home loan. We had a very aggressive seller who wanted us to remove the inspection contingency with in 10 days , remove loan contingency with in 17 days and close the deal with in a month which was deemed impossible by two other lenders.
