I always recommend Dr. Heinzelmann who is our favorite doctor. I just wish he could take care of all our medical needs since we are so confident about his skills and knowledge. His staff is excellent and as caring as he is. Doreen and Michelle welcome us, make us feel comfortable and set up our appointments along with being knowledgeable about our procedures. Always courteous if not outright entertaining staff. Hygenists are all very conscious of the fact that they are working on people. They are thoughtfull, considerate of of the paient as much as of their mechanical tasks, and maintaining appropriate chat inbetween.
