I was dreading having a upper front tooth pulled that had succombed to resorption...the tooth was decayed and I thought for sure it would shatter while being pulled. The staff kept me informed on what was going on, what to expect next, and made every effort to keep an unfortunate circumstance as pleasant as possible. Very happy with the outcome and will recommend Dr. Heinzelmann when ever I can.
