Excellent, friendly service.
Despite the fact I got lost, and that's with a GPS, I was 45 mins. late for my first appointment. Feeling very embarrassed, I offered to pay the for the time lost for this appointment and reschedule. However they found time to fit me in. Dr. Heinzelmann is a delightful man and was able to look at my problem tooth from different perspectives as far as treatment needed. My initial impression is that he's very personable and well trained in his craft.
