Karla is amazing! First time we met, she immediately made me feel comfortable. She’s very knowledgeable, cares about her clients, accessible and very reliable. I have no complaints. She goes above and beyond and even takes care of business during weekends. She’s able to explain things to me in detail without making me feel insecure or ignorant about the whole process, very patient. On top of everything above, she’s also got a great personality. Definitely recommend her!

Karla is a breath of fresh air in the mortgage game! She explains every step so you can understand it. She is very patient and detailed oriented. Unlike some Mortgage people, Karla never makes you feel stupid with your elementary questions. She always returned emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
