Our loan officer, Kasey Tompkins, was fantastic. She answered every question we had and walked us completely through the process. She spent a lot of time on the phone with us in the initial stages, even late evening, and never complained. I don’t think we could’ve gotten through this process without her assistance. I would definitely recommend her. I can’t say enough good things about her and her help throughout this process.
