Communication and availability were great. Were prompt on responses although sometimes required me to reach out first for status. Very personable and provided professional advice on best financial option for my situation. Main opportunity for improvement is in the software used for application and document submittal. Had multiple issues with login and having to redo document upload. Very frustrating.
