My home buying experience started with a phone call to a different lender (a local credit union). The preliminary service that they provided was confusing, brusque, and distant. After receiving a few alternative recommendations from friends I contacted Katy. In contrast to the first lender I spoke with Katy and team worked hard to communicate with me (a first time home buyer) using language that I could understand.
