Things were pretty easy. I would have liked a little more explanation when things changed. But all in all things were really good. I don't give out 10's per se, so a 9 from me is about as good as you are going to get!!

My refinance was a seamless process from start to finish. Katy and her team are extremely responsive (even answered an email over the weekend) and provided me with several different scenarios to help me make a determination as to which way to proceed with my transaction. There is a very streamlined process in place which informs you by email of where you are in the process every step of the way which is very nice. I highly recommend Katy and her team, you won't be disappointed!
