I like face to face. Katy offered Face to face but it turned out it wasn’t needed. Katy and her staff were very responsive to all of my questions...they made the process very easy. They kept me up to date on the status and next steps via regular e-mails. This process was about as smooth as I could imagine, and all of my expectations were met. Well done!
