Dr. K was super blunt. I did appreciate that she read my file before seeing me. I was told to take a laxative for severe ibs. She was super condescending. I was really hopeful about this appointment but I felt very unsatisfied with the course of action following my visit. I don't understand how she has such good reviews. I went in with many expectations because we had had GI issues for months, but the doctor was dismissive and basically made us feel small for coming in with complaints. She even said, this is not a problem....you should see the bigger problems people have that come to me. Even if that is true, you don't say that to a patient.
Will not return calls, other staff will not help to schedule an appointment. This has been going on since march 2024. I had to follow up with Gillian to get the paper work to give to other facilities. She would not schedule cat scans or get other doctors the correct paperwork to give approvals. I had to get the paperwork and hand deliver it to each of them. It is now August and for two weeks she will it return calls. This place will give you an ulcer. Find somewhere else, it’s not worth it.
Really dismissive communication, very rude and showed zero knowledge of my chronic issues and only suggested inappropriate prescription to use lifelong that doesn't even resolve symptoms. Did not respect me as a patient and was very arrogant to cover up for her lack of knowledge.
Dr. Kongara was very nice from the outside and said she was willing to keep me on the same regiment, yet when I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions, she had only filled 1 out of 4. When I called the office, she said that she was unwilling to fill them and that I would have to go to the doctor who last prescribed them. My last gastro in another state? She lied to my face and tried to change my regiment after 7 years of perfecting it. Thanks for wasting my time and money
