Dr. Kongara and her staff are awesome. I want to specifically give the best of ratings to Kimberly Orleck, PAC, with Dr. Kongara’s practice. Kim is the most professional, caring and compassionate patient advocate. She is always available and responsive to any concerns I have. Dr. Kongaro is thorough, engaged and extremely attentive.
Love that Dr. K actually read my chart before my appointment; It saved so much time not having to tell her my entire health history. Dr. K is kind, direct, and really feels like an ally. She is well-read on current studies, and I appreciated that she made a plan as well as alternatives in case plan A didn't work as we hoped. I finally have some hope that my GI stuff will resolve or improve with her care!
I love that Dr K takes the time to actually review your chart before she walks into the exam room. I have been to too many doctors who don’t do that.
