i had a problem with a piece of my sectional. a spring broke on the underside and under warranty they were going to fix it. instead of fixing it, they replaced that portion. they kept their word and i am more that happy. thank you kavuus!

Just got our custom Kohlman sectional in green velvet. Extremely pleased with the look, feel and quality of the product. It is superior to other companies we looked at in the same price range. I was hesitant to buy online from a company where I could not see the products first, but would buy again from them. Only two things, logistics (shipping and delivery) in Quebec is not good, the company they use is disorganized so that was a bit of a hassle, and I would say the medium (or regular) firmness of cushions is a little on th... read more
I had a great experience with Kavuus. The service of the team when I called with questions were answered directly and timely. I was torn about materials and how I wanted to customize my sofa but they put me at ease and helped with some great suggestions. There was a few hiccups when the final product was delivered but Bill was amazing at providing a solution and so fast! We’re very happy with the finished product and it’s exactly what we expect from a local company.
