I ordered (and paid in full for) my sectional on October 30th and still haven't received it or any word of its status, other than a vaguely worded email on December 13th: "We are anticipating to complete your order within the next couple weeks." My follow-up email asking for a specific date has gone unanswered. Now that I read other recent reviews, I am giving up hope of ever getting my furniture! Do customers have to resort to negative social media reviews to get their orders dealt with?

I ordered my sectional on October 8th and still haven't received word of it shipping despite some customer service back and forth. I am getting VERY concerned based on some other recent reviews ... My invoice states: "If you ordered a customizable product, your order will ship in approximately 2-4 weeks. Once shipped, the estimated transit time for delivery is 3-8 business days. Our experience with Kavuus is absolutely horrible. We will never shop there again and tell all family, friends, colleagues, and clients to stay away. On October 1 we ordered a quick ship credenza we expected to get by October 7th. After a month of lies from the customer service people (they literally told us once that it was being checked for delivery) they finally told us they have lost us because of a warehouse move!!!! UPDATE: Since my initial issues with my Credit Card with Kavuus I received my sectional October 2018. There were however several manufacturing defects, a small hole in a cushion, a tear in corner of the couch, and the dust cover on the bottom was ripped. After many back and froths with Kavuus they finally agreed to build a new sectional however it would take several months since the fabric I ordered was back ordered. We’re never ordering anything from this place again. Our marble table arrived 3 weeks later than it was suppose to. What really bothered me was that, instead of using a furniture delivery service, they used FedEx! As a result, we couldn’t get the 800lbs table into our house so it had to sit in our garage until we can get enough people to help us carry it into the house! This is unacceptable! Wow, just called to get some general information about two sofas on your website and had one of the worst customer interactions of my life. Great product. Very dissatisfied with customer service and shipping. One of the reasons I purchased from this company was the excellent reviews on customer service as well as the furniture. This has unfortunately not been my experience.
