Delivery quality, pillow is super low quality. Couch fabric is low quality.

I ordered a table end of November which I was told would be delivered end of January,1 month later I am still waiting.They told me it would leave this week after harassing them with my phone calls. Left messages and no one is calling me back. It's crazy how disorganized they are....

We checked our records and there are no orders that match you as our customer. As we appreciate feedback from our community it appears that this is an unfair recommendation based on another person's experience with us and we'd like to ask you to remove the recommendation.
Similar to the experience of others in the past few months we ordered our Cloud sofa on oct 24th and are still awaiting delivery in spite of being told in early December that our sofa was close to completion and we could expect to receive it a week later.....still waiting. Responses from the company state that based on customer feedback they are making improvements??? Still no clear answer, extremely frustrated and disappointed!!
